The ski races are open to SLSA spec/compliant skis and ocean skis. SLSA compiant skis will have a compiance tissue fixed to it and meet the following key specifications.

SLSA single ski:
Max length: 5.79m
Min weight: 18kg
Min width: 480mm (at widest point of ski)
Min width 400 from bow: 180mm

SLSA double ski:
Max length: 7.32m
Min weight: 32kg
Min width: 580mm (at widest point of ski)
Min width 400 from bow: 180mm
