Reef View Hotel is lovely. Organised when booking in or booking out of the room. Everyone was friendly from the cleaners, the waiters in the dining room and the reception staff. I loved the view from our room. (520).

Completely hassle-free from the moment we stepped off the plane! Great location on the island. Very friendly people. Expensive breakfast buffet.

The staff were fantastic - all so very friendly and helpful from bus transfer to check-in to housekeeping etc. The lady at check in was very sympathetic to our request for quiet room away from families etc. and suggested breakfast at Sails as quieter - this was a fantastic recommendation :-) very grateful. We loved the room and view - BUT did not sleep very well at all due to the weird whistling whining noise we assume was caused by the wind. We thought it was just coming from the elevator cables but think on the last day we worked out it was our balcony door as well - was such a shame as really annoying and took the edge off an otherwise perfect short break. We were in room 1620 which was high up and so the wind was probably more of an issue because of that - could hear it in the corridor as well - not just our room. Would put us off staying again in case we had same issue in another room (was nice to be higher up and away from kids/families so would be reluctant to stay on lower level). Otherwise the stay was great but not sleeping at night especially with a day of travelling either side of our short break is not ideal.

The room was great. The hotel was close to everything, from walking distance (or bus) to the Marina, to walking up to Passage Peak and the beach. The check in was seamless, the staff were friendly and our bags were in the room by the time we got there - great service.

The service was brilliant. Rachael on Concierge duties was fantastic and a delightful first encounter with the Reef Hotel. Check In was the easiest I have ever done anywhere in the world including the Ritz in Paris. It was our sincere pleasure to stay at the Reef Hotel. I appreciated the extra 2 hours late check out...made things a little easier for us. Thank you for the complimentary Champagne for our wedding anniversary celebration.

- View from the balcony was amazing; - Included options to dine at 3 different venues for breakfast; - Service was fantastic without being intrusive; and - Luggage management system made the commencement, and completion, of the vacation that much more enjoyable.

My Husband and I had our wedding anniversary 3 days before we landed on the Island. We never had a honeymoon so it was our honeymoon 27 years late but well worth it. The Resort was absolutely wonderful and certainly some where we will definitely be coming back to. Hopefully same time next year. Thank you for a truly wonderful time.

The staff in reception were excellent in every regard. The room was first rate and spotless. Couldn't fault anything in relation to the resort. Fish & chips at the Marina along with the fresh prawns were just fantastic. (Can't remember the name of the fish shop) But if listed below it rates ten out of ten.
