Experience the magic of the world-renowned Australian Ballet’s Pas de Deux in Paradise. Now in its third year, this very special outdoor event is held at the luxury qualia resort.
Dancing against the atmospheric backdrop of the Whitsundays, the Australian Ballet performs a repertoire from classic ballets under tropical Queensland’s twinkling night sky.
Pas de Deux in Paradise is a unique opportunity to mingle with Artistic Director David McAllister AM, Executive Director Valerie Wilder and artists of The Australian Ballet. The weekend begins with an intimate dinner at qualia, which includes a q&a session for your chance to gain an insight into the life of the dancers.
The program of events continues with a Champagne lunch on Saturday with the crescendo of the weekend to be held that evening under a glittering sky and with a backdrop of the Whitsunday Islands when The Australian Ballet performs a repertoire of pas de deuxs from the great classic ballets.
At the conclusion of the performance an exclusive dinner will be held in the Long Pavilion prepared by qualia’s Executive Chef Jane-Therese Mulry. |
