Conference Centre Conference Facilities
The Conference Centre is the largest conference venue on Hamilton Island with space to accommodate for up to 1,000 delegates theatre style. The Conference Centre is a multi-purpose venue with outstanding flexibility. It is ideal for large meetings, banquets, presentations, trade shows or product launches.
The Conference Centre is located parallel the Reef View Hotel a walkway joins the 2 buildings for easy access for delegates.

Conference Centre Auditorium
The multipurpose auditorium is ideal for large meetings, banquets, presentations, tradeshows or product launches. The area is pillar free and has direct ground floor access and stage floor access enabling vehicles and large displays to be driven in with ease.
Conference Centre Meeting Rooms
Located on a mezzanine level of the Conference Centre Foyer are Meeting Rooms 1, 2, 3 & 4. These small meeting rooms are ideal for smaller boardrooms or “breakouts” for up to 40 people. This versatile space can also open to 2 larger rooms combining meeting rooms 1&2 and 3&4.
