Outrigger

The Outrigger is an amazing versatile function venue perched at the end of Catseye Beach. This multi purpose function venue consisting of three adjacent areas - there is an internal area surrounded on two sides by floor to ceiling windows and doorways, one side opening onto an extensive lawn area and the other to a marquee area. It is the ideal venue for group breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The views of Catseye Beach are breathtaking and spectacular from every angle during the day and as the sun goes down the lights of the resort provide the perfect ambience for your evening functions.

Endeavour Room

The Endeavour Room is located just a few steps from Catseye beach! The room features high ceilings, natural light and can be divided into two rooms. Opening out onto Catseye beach makes it a perfect setting for refreshment breaks and casual lunches. Picnic rugs can be set on the sand under palm trees or just behind the Endeavour Room is a lovely garden area called Shady Creek Lawns which is perfect for a sit down or picnic style lunch.

Main Pool

The Main Pool is located on the beach front area, a two minute walk from the Reef View Hotel. An expansive paved area exists around the pool that is ideal for up to 800 guests. If you are looking for something extra special, why not set your stage in the centre of the pool?

Catseye Beach

Kick off your shoes and feel the Whitsundays sand between your toes on Hamilton Island’s - Catseye Beach. The perfect setting for tropical beach dinners and cocktail parties, Catseye Beach is very tide dependant, however there is nothing more wonderful than listening to the water lapping on the shore during dinner. Brilliant for our themed functions “Surfs Up Beach Party Dinner” and the “Barefoot and Bubbles Cocktail Party”

Bougainvillaea Marquee

The Bougainvillea Marquee is a permanent structure located adjacent to the Bougainvillea Pool and overlooks Catseye Beach. This magnificent structure is an amazing undercover outdoor entertaining area perfect for conference lunches, dinners and themed events. The marquee is only a two-minute walk from the Reef View Hotel. It is set on a paved area but is just a few steps down to Catseye beach. The undercover area can comfortably seat 350 guests however you can take advantage of the entire area and spill out around the Bougainvillea Pool, Lawn and Beach Area for up to 600 guests. The Marquee is home to our spectacular “Waters Edge Extravaganza” themed dinner.
