The sous chef Noah made our dietary requirements a simple task as he stood next to our buffets to assist. All hotels should adopt this approach as when the guest talks directly to the chef, all issues disappear.
Felicity is absolutely fantastic and we were impressed when we learnt that Adam from Groups Reservations flew up to assist with check-in. Great can-do attitude is hard to find...
...also want to make mention of Phil and his team of merry men! Our TD ... could not believe the effort AV Partners put in ..
Breakfasts were NEVER an issue and knowing that there were 3 venues to choose from helped the process.
Having the full choice of the activities over the whole week was a crowd pleaser.
