Catch of the Whitsundays

The "Catch of the Whitsundays" dinner showcases the region’s freshest seafood. The entrance to your dining venue will be dressed with fishnets, cray pots, sailing ropes and buoys to create a true "Fisherman's Wharf" feel. Dinner tables will be set in rows and dressed in crisp white linen with white chaircovers that have hessian rope tied around their backs and a rustic lamp centrepiece. Along the entrance of the venue will be a variety of food stalls featuring a selection of fresh seafood and accompanying salads.

The "Catch of the Whitsundays" dinner includes an extravagant seafood menu*, a four hour beverage package and all themeing described above. *Non-seafood options are available on request
