Guests have exclusive use of the two exceptional qualia restaurants, both overseen by Executive Chef Jane Therese-Mulry. For a casual lunch by the water’s edge, Pebble Beach serves gourmet sandwiches, refreshing salads and seasonal platters to share. In the late afternoon the Pebble Beach cocktail bar is just the place for long cool drinks by the pool.

When evening falls, the Long Pavilion is a romantic setting for cocktails followed by Modern Australian fine dining. The climate-controlled cellar is stocked with superb local and imported wines. Breakfast for guests of qualia is served exclusively at either the Long Pavilion and Pebble Beach.

The general store is stocked with all your picnic needs, and Popeye’s Fish and Chips is always a holiday favourite. You can also ask your hotel concierge about organising a prepared picnic lunch.

Guests may also choose from any number of the Bars & Entertainment venues. Unwind with a  Sunset Cocktail at One Tree Hill, or maybe swim up to the bar at the main resort pool. Sing along with the live music at the Reef Lounge and Sails, or dance the night away at Bohemes night club. Or for something a little less strenuous how about some lazy afternoon drinks overlooking the marina at the Yacht Club or Marina Tavern.
