Internationally acclaimed chef, Tetsuya Wakuda, produced an incredible menu for the first event in Hamilton Island’s new Great Barrier Feast Series, which took place 12 – 14 March. He was joined by renowned wine critic, James Halliday, who is selecting all the wines for the series, and former MasterChef presenter, Sarah Wilson, as emcee.
