Once we receive your request for items a member of our Guest Services team will be in touch to confirm your order.

The charge will be processed to your nominated card.

If you believe that there has been an error in charging your credit card, you should notify us directly on 07 4946 9999 and confirm that notice in writing with us as soon as possible so that we can resolve your query more quickly. Alternatively, you can take it up directly with your financial institution.

Please note the transaction will appear in your statement as "Reef View Hotel Front Desk" or "Hamilton Island".
