Emailed orders are not confirmed until email confirmation is received from the bakery.
Flowers are only available after midday on the day of delivery.

What happens next?

Once we receive your cake order request a member of our Bakery team will be in touch to confirm your order within the next 24-36 hours.

The charge will be processed to your nominated card.

If you believe that there has been an error in charging your credit card, you should notify us directly on 07 4946 8281 and confirm that notice in writing with us as soon as possible so that we can resolve your query more quickly. Alternatively, you can take it up directly with your financial institution.

Please note the transaction will appear in your statement as "Bob’s Bakery" or "Hamilton Island".
