The Medical Clinic on Hamilton Island is run by Atticus Health. 

For non emergencies, Atticus Health also offers a GP Telehealth service, connecting you with one of their GPs, via phone or video, within 1 hour. 

The Doctor in My Pocket Telehealth service is available 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 2pm weekends and public holidays (AEST). Book and pay online at doctorinmypocket.com.au or by calling 1300 268 431.

The Allied Health Centre is a multi-purpose health facility providing a range of health support service to our Guests, Residents and Staff. Presently the following service providers include:

  • Physiotherapy: Physioplus
  • Shiatsu: Ropana
  • Counselling services: Whitsunday Crisis Management
  • Training facilities
  • Chiropractor: Airlie Beach Chiropractic

Appointments are made directly with the practitioner, please advise the provider that you are located on Hamilton Island when making your appointment.  When you arrive at the Allied Health Centre please wait outside on the veranda, your practitioner will come out to you.

Medical Travel Companions provide a specialised travel companion service utilising professional, qualified and caring companions for those who would like the reassurance that someone is there to offer assistance if the need arises.  Travel companions are available to assist with travel to Hamilton Island or even to stay with guests for the duration of the entire trip.
