Your credit card information will be held securely by Westpac Institutional Bank. A customer number will be created in the Westpac PayWay system to store credit card information and only this customer number is available to Hamilton Island Tour Desk to initiate the payment for your tour.

What happens next?

Once we receive your tour booking request, if your requested dates are available, a Tour Desk attendant will proceed with your booking and charge the nominated credit card the total amount of the selected tour not exceeding the amount authorised below.

Please be aware your tour is not confirmed until payment is received and you have received a confirmation letter from the Hamilton Island Tour Desk.

If your requested tour and dates are unavailable, a Tour Desk attendant will be in contact via email.

If you believe that there has been an error in charging your credit card, you should notify us directly on 07 4946 8305 and confirm that notice in writing with us as soon as possible so that we can resolve your query more quickly. Alternatively, you can take it up directly with your financial institution.
