We are excited that your first working day with Hamilton Island Enterprises is approaching quickly. You may have some questions about your schedule and how to keep track of the hours you work and your pay.

As a Hamilton Island employee, you will be required to punch in and out for each shift that you work using the UKG Workforce Dimensions system. The system is known as WFD, Dimensions or UKG/Kronos and it records your start and finish times and any unpaid breaks taken.
