The company will offer alternative days or refunds in the event of cancellations. We reserve the right to use other vessels should Ricochet be unavailable for any reason. Cancellation policy Shared Charters If your booking is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the departure time, there will be no charge. If your booking is cancelled within 24-48 hours prior to the departure time, 50% of the ticket price will be forfeited. If your booking is a no show or cancelled within 24 hours prior to the departure time, 100% of the ticket price will be forfeited.
