Our stay at the Yacht Club Villas was great considering there were 8 people. We stayed in number 16, which had impressive views. The Villa had everything we needed, but I have a couple of small things to comment on. Our Nespresso machine was missing the milk compartment and therefore we couldn't use it. We raised this with housekeeping at around 8am and by lunch time they had replaced the machine. At the same time I reported the problem with the coffee machine, I also reported that the ZIP tap was not working. No-one ever came to fix the zip tap which meant we had to keep buying bottled water. These are small issues, but if Yacht Club Villas are trying to sell a premium product (which I get the sense that it is), these are things that should be dealt with. So with the coffee machine, if a maintenance check was done before our arrival, the problem could have been addressed at that early stage. With the ZIP tap, it would have been good if someone came to fix it, given that it's something that should have been available for us to use. Again, it depends on what type of product you're trying to sell.
