Flight, ferry and arrival details

To help everything run smoothly, please share your flight or ferry details ahead of your stay. This allows us to have your transfer ready and ensures the hotel team knows exactly when to expect you. Whether you’re arriving by air or sea, having these details in advance means your arrival on the island is seamless from the moment you land.
You can update your arrival information at any time before your stay via your pre-arrival email.

Pack a day bag

If you’re arriving before our 2pm check-in time, we recommend packing a small day bag so you can ease straight into island time. Swimmers, sunscreen, a hat and anything else you might want for a relaxed start will have you ready to head to the pool, explore the island or enjoy a leisurely lunch while we prepare your room. We’ll take care of the rest — your holiday starts as soon as you arrive.

Hamilton Island operates a cashless environment (unless legislated otherwise) and remains committed to providing convenient and secure payment options for our guests.
