Leeward Pavilion » qualia’s freestanding Leeward Pavilions face south-west, with views of Hamilton Island and the Coral Sea. These studio-style pavilions have a private furnished sundeck and elegant relaxed décor featuring natural timbers, fabrics and stone. Supplied with pampering toiletries and fine cotton linens, the king-bed pavilion has an ensuite bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Beach House » qualia’s dream Beach House is slightly set apart from the other pavilions - offering the ultimate in luxury and privacy. The separate lounge room and dining room look onto a full-sized infinity-edge swimming pool and sundeck with sun bed and lounges leading to the separate king bedroom and spacious bathroom. A further deck and terrace area leads to a self-contained guesthouse with a king or twin bedroom, ensuite and separate deck overlooking a private beach and the Coral Sea.
