The terms and conditions outlined below apply when booking a Reef View, Palm Bungalows or Beach Club Standard or Festive Season rate direct with Hamilton Island Holidays.   • The final balance payment of your accommodation is required no later than 7 days prior to arrival date
  • Final balance payments are automatically processed on the nominated credit card provided at the time of booking 
  • Final balance payments not received by 7 days prior to arrival date may result in cancellation of the reservation
