The terms and conditions outlined below apply when booking a Reef View, Palm Bungalows or Beach Club Standard or Festive Season rate direct with Hamilton Island Holidays. There are other special rates and packages that have different terms based on specific travel dates and varying conditions, that are not outlined below. At the time of booking, you will be required to read, understand and accept the terms and conditions specific to your rate or package before it is confirmed and prior to payment. These terms and conditions will be presented to you via our direct booking channels including the Hamilton Island website and online booking engine, via email or over the phone with a Hamilton Island Reservation Specialist. Nightly Deposit(excludes Festive Season)

  • A deposit equivalent to 20% of the total booking value is required at time of booking
  • This deposit is refundable up until 14 days prior to arrival date
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking if travel is within 7 days of arrival date

Nightly Final Balance(excludes Festive Season)

  • The final balance payment of your accommodation is required no later than 7 days prior to arrival date
  • Final balance payments are automatically processed on the nominated credit card provided at the time of booking 
  • Final balance payments not received by 7 days prior to arrival date may result in cancellation of the reservation
