An initial deposit of 20% of the total booking amount is required to secure the booking. Full payment is due seven (7) days prior to arrival. The credit card you have authorised for payment of the initial deposit will be automatically debited unless we are contacted before this time with alternative arrangements. If we do not hear from you prior to this time, we will take it that you have authorised us to deduct final payment from this card. Cancellations or amendments received outside of fourteen (14) days of the arrival date will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations or amendments received between fourteen (14) and eight (8) days of the arrival date are subject to a cancellation penalty of 20% of the total bookings value. Cancellations or amendments received within seven (7) days of arrival, 'no shows', or early departures are subject to a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the total booking value.
