Included in your booking is return Hamilton Island Airport / Marina shuttle bus transfers.

Airport transfers

Getting from the airport to your accommodation:
Our guest services team will be waiting for you at the Hotel Arrival Desk located adjacent to the baggage carousel. Please collect your luggage and your luggage tags. A shuttle bus will transfer you from the airport to the Reef View Hotel reception. Palm Bungalow guests will need to check in at the Reef View Hotel reception. Your luggage will be delivered to your room once you have checked in. Be sure to let us know your travel details, so we can be there to transport you to your accommodation.

Getting from your accommodation to the airport:
Please follow the departure information found in your welcome letter before boarding your complimentary shuttle bus to the airport.

Marina transfers

Getting from the Marina to your accommodation:
Our friendly staff will greet you upon arrival at the Hamilton Island Cruise Whitsundays Terminal for your complimentary transfer to the Reef View Hotel. Simply make your way towards the staff member holding the welcome sign.

Getting from your accommodation to the Marina:
Please follow the departure information found in your welcome letter before boarding your complimentary shuttle bus to the marina terminal.

Checking-in to your accommodation

Your accommodation check-in time is 2pm. If you arrive earlier, it’s a good idea to pack a day bag with your swimming costume, sunscreen, a hat and perhaps a change of clothes, just in case your room isn’t ready. The Reef View Hotel has lockers, change rooms and shower facilities. You will be contacted when your room is ready, so why not head to the pool and get your holiday started?
