Registration forms will be monitored by Hamilton Island sales staff and a final report run by the Hamilton Island Team to confirm the winner.
Entry is open to Retail Travel Agents who sell Hamilton Island via Hamilton Island Enterprises, the GDS, Hamilton Island’s Online Agents System (OARS) or preferred wholesaler.
Bookings for Hamilton Island properties - Palm Bungalows, Reef View Hotel, Beach Club, qualia, Hamilton Island Holiday Homes must be new bookings made and deposited between 1 May 2024 – 31 May 2024.

The accommodation famil prize at qualia will be the Leeward Pavilion category, subject to availability at the time. Upgrades to higher categories are not available.
qualia is an adults only property. Winner and their companion must be 16 years of age or older.
The winner must still be working in the travel industry at the time of redeeming the prize.
Information on how to enter and famil prizes form part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these conditions of entry.
Entry is only open to current Retail Travel Agents in Australia.
All retail travel agent bookings are eligible to win if booked via Hamilton Island, the GDS, Hamilton Island Online Agents Reservation System (OARS), or a preferred wholesaler. OTA bookings not eligible.
To enter the Promotion, eligible entrants must register their bookings made within the incentive period.
At the end of the promotional period, the highest seller based on the number of room nights booked within the incentive period, will win a hosted bucket list famil. The winner will be determined on 30 June 2024 at Hamilton Island, 100 Pacific Highway, St Leondards 2065. The winner of the prize famil will be notified by telephone and email by 5pm 30th June 2024.The incentive commences 8:00am 1 May 2024 and concludes at 11:59pm on 31 May 2024.
Prize winners will be notified by either via email or telephone by 5pm on 30 June 2024
Famil prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash in part and/or in full. The famil prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The famil prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. The prize cannot be transferred to any other person.
Flight voucher or restaurant credit cannot be exchangeable for cash. If flight voucher or restaurant credit not used, a refund for cash is not permitted.
No responsibility is accepted for late, or misdirected entries.
Hamilton Island and/or famil prize provider shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Date of famil prize to be determined by Hamilton Island and will be before 30 June 2025.
The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications (including any Fringe Benefits or Personal
(Income Tax) and Eligible entrants should seek their own independent financial advice.
The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, and employment prior to awarding the famil prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
