Once we receive your request for items your order is confirmed and our Guest Services team will process your order. Should there be any issues, our team will be in touch.

The charge will be processed to your nominated card.

If you believe that there has been an error in charging your credit card, you should notify us directly on 07 4946 8000 and confirm that notice in writing with us as soon as possible so that we can resolve your query more quickly. Alternatively, you can take it up directly with your financial institution.

Please note the transaction will appear in your statement as "Beach Club Front Desk" or "Hamilton Island".
