To ensure we exceed your expectations this Christmas and New Year's Eve, we have put together a list of the special events available for you to choose from.

Manta Ray’s Aperitivo Hour runs from 3.00pm to 5.00pm on Saturday and Sunday, with the new Greek-inspired menu, drinks and marina views. 

Please note that operating hours may be subject to change. 

Enhance your evening with a premium upgrade: Reserve a table set by the water for the evening. Enjoy a shared two-course seafood menu showcasing local catch, served with a glass of champagne on arrival.

Enjoy a modern Australian menu inspired by Eastern Mediterranean flavours, and a newly reimagined poolside and beachfront setting overlooking the Coral Sea — now with the new Sails Swim-Up Bar.
Plus the Sails Sunbed Series: reserved poolside sunbeds with chilled water service, beach towels and curated food and drinks in Sails’ reimagined surrounds.

Talk & Taste is now open to all guests. Enjoy an indulgent afternoon exploring Australian wines and flavours - choose between Bold Reds & Native Flavours on Thursdays or White Wine & Australian Seafood on Saturdays. Limited to 8 guests per class, $180 per person.

Enjoy live music at One Tree Hill every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday, bar opens at 2pm, music from 4pm-7pm. Watch the sun set over the Whitsundays, a magical way to end the day. 

Join trivia at the Reef Lounge at 8.30pm on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Free to play and prizes to win! 

Kick back with afternoon cocktails and relaxing sundown sessions every Friday and Saturday, 4pm - 7pm at Bommie Deck. 

Enjoy live music every night (except Mondays) from 6pm - 9pm, alongside a BBQ-inspired menu and refreshing drinks in a relaxed, tropical marina setting.
