Led by Executive Chef Ryan Locke, Bommie has recently unveiled a new modern Australian menu championing native ingredients, peak season regional produce and a true sense of place.

California-based rising pop artist FINLAY (pronounced FIN-LEE) brings her vibrant, ocean-inspired sound to Hamilton Island for one special weekend this January. After surviving a life-changing shark attack, FINLAY has channelled her story into a distinct, ethereal pop aesthetic, capturing global attention with her breakout track Memories (with NATIIVE), which has amassed more than 35 million streams. Be among the first to experience songs from her forthcoming project Heaven Sent, Slightly Late live on island: 6.00pm Saturday 17 January at Sails and 6.00pm Sunday 18 January at The Palms.

Enjoy a modern Australian menu inspired by Eastern Mediterranean flavours, and a newly reimagined poolside and beachfront setting overlooking the Coral Sea — now with the new Sails Swim-Up Bar.
Plus the Sails Sunbed Series: reserved poolside sunbeds with chilled water service, beach towels and curated food and drinks in Sails’ reimagined surrounds.

Sails Sunbed Series offers a relaxed yet elevated way to lounge by the water. Sink into your reserved king-size sunbed or twin loungers with umbrella, beach towels, chilled water and curated food and drinks for an effortless island day.

On Wednesdays and Sundays, enjoy live acoustic music from 4:30pm to 7:30pm at the Sails Swim-Up Bar. Sip on an icy cocktail or spritz during late afternoon and night, with the Sails Pool Bar open until 8pm. Check the Hamilton Island app for details.

Talk & Taste is now open to all guests. Enjoy an indulgent afternoon exploring Australian wines and flavours - choose between Native Flavours & Bold Reds on Fridays or Australian Seafood & White Wines on Tuesdays. Limited to 8 guests per class, $180 per person.

Manta Ray's aperitivo hour from 3.00pm to 5.00pm on Saturday and Sunday features a Mediterranean-style sharing menu, overlooking the Hamilton Island Marina.
