  • This booking form is only for travel agents who have been sent a copy of the Hamilton Island accommodation contracts which cover the period you seek to book.  These contracts contain the current rates and terms and conditions.  To request a copy of these contracts, email Daiza Hayashida (Director of Sales, Eastern Market) - dhayashida@hamiltonisland.com.au.

Secure Payment Method

Credit Card information is required to guarantee rooms (subject to availability) and initiate the payment for your booking request. Your credit card information will be held securely by Westpac Institutional Bank. A customer number will be created in the Westpac PayWay system to store credit card information. Note, only this customer number is available to the Hamilton Island Reservations Team.

Credit card fees may apply. Please refer to your rates contract for the current credit card fee structure. Note card fees are non-refundable if reservation is cancelled.

What happens next?
  1. Once our Asia Reservations team receives your booking request they will check availability.
  2. If your requested dates are not available, we will advise you via email and offer alternatives.
  3. If the room is available, you will receive a pro-forma invoice including details on how to make final payment.
  4. Please be aware that your rooms are not confirmed until payment has been processed and you have been sent a final confirmation email from our Reservations team.

Please note the transaction will appear in your statement as "Hamilton Island CHS" or "Hamilton Island".
