Our new Tastemaker Series is a monthly celebration of exceptional food and drink experiences featuring Australia’s top winemakers, distillers and brewers, alongside Hamilton Island’s best chefs.
Join us this May as we welcome Rebecca and Lucy Willson from Bremerton Wines, the renowned Langhorne Creek winery founded by the Willson family. Experience an exclusive series of tastings, and dining experiences and hear stories from the sisters about their wine-making journey.

30 May | 6.30PM | Waves & Wines Beachfront Dinner at Beach Club 
Indulge in an exclusive five-course beachfront dinner hosted by the Bremerton Sisters. Delight in a menu crafted by Beach Club Executive Chef Ryan Locke, expertly paired with Bremerton’s exceptional wines. This intimate dining experience offers the unique opportunity to sip, savour, and hear the stories behind the wines directly from the sisters themselves. Enjoy exquisite, contemporary Australian cuisine made from the finest seasonal and locally sourced produce, all while taking in some of the best views on the island. Limited to maximum 10 guests.

Pop into the bottle shop and taste Bremerton’s distinctive wines.
 
31 May | 4.30 – 6.30PM | Sunset Wine-Tasting on Bommie Deck ​ 
Taste a selection of Bremerton Wines on Bommie Deck as the sun paints the sky over The Whitsundays. To tipple on into the evening, Bommie bar will be stocked with Bremerton Wines for you to purchase and enjoy.
 
31 May | Bremerton Wine-Paired Degustation Dinner at Bommie  
Indulge in a delectable degustation dinner matched with Bremerton Wines at Hamilton Island’s premier fine dining restaurant, Bommie. Set within the iconic Hamilton Island Yacht Club, the award-winning Bommie offers an exceptional dining experience. The contemporary Australian menu features innovative dishes crafted from fresh, locally sourced, and seasonal produce.
