Rum cocktails, tastings and sunsets with Burdekin

On Friday 11 and Saturday 12 December, the team from Burdekin Distillery is bringing its Australian rums and cane spirits to Hamilton Island. Sip Burdekin cocktails by the pool, taste the range at the bottle shop, and finish the day with a sunset tasting.

Crafted at the foot of Mt Elliot in North Queensland, Burdekin's spirits are made from locally grown sugar cane and the distillery's own spring mineral water. They draw on French Caribbean techniques with a distinctly Australian approach. The range includes the Premium Aged Rum, Vintage Cane Spirit and Virgin Cane Spirit.
