From August 17 to 24, Hamilton Island will transform into a vibrant hub of activity, featuring a mix of complimentary and ticketed events. Whether you're a seasoned sailor, an enthusiastic spectator, or here for the party, this week has something for everyone. Read on to discover the must-see highlights and unmissable events!

Sundowners at the Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Bar: Enjoy a flute of Piper-Heidsieck Champagne and bask in a Whitsunday sunset as racing draws to a close and the onshore festivities begin. 
When: Sunday 18 August - Saturday 24 August from 4.00pm to 7.00pm

Casamigos Margaritas on Front Street : Indulge in refreshing margaritas from the Casamigos truck, perfect for a sunny afternoon or a pre-dinner cocktail. 
When: Saturday 17 August - Saturday 24 August from 3.30pm to 8.30pm (except Lay Day) 
Location: Hamilton Island Marina, Front Street

Sips and Snags: Enjoy a free Casamigos Margarita with our famous sausage sizzle for a fun post-race treat. De Nada!

Location: Front Street at F-Arm

Tanqueray Garden Bar: Celebrate the day's end at the Tanqueray Garden Bar with lively DJs and classic cocktails, including the popular Tanqueray and Tonic. Don’t forget your dancing shoes! 
When: Saturday 17 August - Saturday 24 August, from 9.00pm till 2.00am (except Lay Day 7:00pm-12:00am)

Eat Street Food Market: Enjoy live performances and pop-up delights like our new nachos bar, beef brisket loaded baked potatoes, wok box noodles and yakitori skewers.

Post-Race Sausage Sizzle: Wind down after a day on the water with our famous post-race sausage sizzle.  
When: Daily (except Wednesday 21 August), post race finish approximately 3.00pm to 5.00pm

Masterclass with Winemaker Larry Cherubino: Join Larry Cherubino and Robert Oatley Wines’ Darren Jahn for an afternoon of wine tasting at Bommie Restaurant. Take home a bottle from the Oatley Cellar.

YUM CHA on Lay Day: Enjoy traditional and modern dim sum dishes and fragrant teas overlooking stunning Catseye Bay.

Long Lunch by the Sea: Indulge in a relaxed afternoon with live music, seaside dining and dancing at Catseye Beach.

House Of Friends Mexican Fiesta by Casamigos: Spice up your night with a delicious Mexican feast, live music, and an electric fiesta feel.

Beachside Food and Wine Experience: Enjoy a beachside dinner with chef Danielle Alvarez and winemaker Larry Cherubino, featuring a four-course farm-to-table meal paired with award-winning wines including the world’s best Cabernet.

Presentation Dinner: Come together with fellow sailing enthusiasts and celebrate the remarkable achievements of Race Week participants, where the winners of the regatta, including the 2023 Australian Yachting Champions, will be announced.

Live Music: Dance the night away with live music acts including Sweet Mix Kids, Tuxedo Riot, and Lonely Weekenders.

Play on Lay Day at the White Claw Pool Party: Enjoy live music, DJs, and delicious food stalls at the Lay Day White Claw Pool Party.
