Great Barrier Reef Airport offers a multitude of different options for any arriving aircraft. In cooperation with our stakeholders, you can rest assured your travel to Hamilton Island will be exceptional.
After Hours Arrival or Departure
After Hours arrivals or departures will incur an after hours call-out fee of $590.00 (GST inclusive) per hour, with a minimum charge of 1 hour, between the hours of 16:00 – 07:30.
Runway Lighting
This requires the manual activation by the Airport Safety Officer.
Any operations between the hours of 16:00 – 07:30 requires prior notice and additional charges will apply.
Price is $270.00 (GST inclusive) per hour for lighting, with a minimum charge of 1 hour.

Refuelling
Any refuelling requirements must be completed when submitting a Landing Request form. Please note the refullers do not reside on Hamilton Island and have limited hours of operations.

Toilet dump is NOT available.
Passenger and Crew Transfers
If you are staying on Hamilton Island, please refer to our Transfer webpage. If you require transfers upon arrival, please ensure it is selected and detailed in the Landing Request form.
