Getting from the airport to your accommodation

Hotels

If you are staying at one of the hotels listed below, our friendly staff will greet you upon arrival at the airport. Simply make your way towards the baggage collection area where our staff will be waiting to take you to your accommodation. Airport transfers for hotel guests are complimentary.

Private accommodation

If you are staying in private accommodation, the airport transfer information should be included in your booking confirmation or within the correspondence with the owner or valet company. Valet staff are positioned at the baggage collection area.

 

Getting from your accommodation to the airport

Hotels

If you are staying at the Reef View Hotel or Palm Bungalows, please follow the departure information found in your welcome letter before boarding your complimentary shuttle bus to the airport. If you are staying at Beach Club or qualia, our friendly porters will escort and farewell you with a VIP airport transfer.

Hamilton Island Holiday Homes

If you are staying in a Holiday Home, please make your way back to the airport in your buggy. Please visit the staff at the Hamilton Island Holiday Homes office before departure.

Marina

Our Island transfer service, called Resort link, is available for transfers to and from the marina for your flights – bookings are available on the day by contacting 0437 242 847.
Alternatively, it is a few minutes or short stroll from the airport to the southern end of the marina along the boardwalk – See our Map here.
For our long-term customers with berth bookings of 6 months or longer, the marina provides complimentary transfers. Transfers are subject to availability and require at least 24 hours’ notice. Please book through your customer portal or complete our Airport Transfer Request form here.

Safety

The Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads exempts buses from child restraint laws. Our airport transfer buses are however equipped with seatbelts.
