Hamilton Island, Australia’s premier island resort destination, wishes you a very happy 2023 festive season. To ensure we exceed your expectations this Christmas and New Year's Eve, we have put together a list of the special events available for you to choose from.

Many of the restaurants have put together an amazing menu to celebrate the festive season.

New Years Eve Dining

Romano's

Early Seating: (5.30pm, 6pm, 6.30pm): $130 per adult, $75 per child (5-12 years), FREE for little ones (0-4 years)
Late Seating: (8.30pm, 9pm, 9.30pm): $175 per adult with a sparkling toast, $75 per child (5-12 years), FREE for little ones (0-4 years)
Celebrate the arrival of the New Year with us at Romanos! Enjoy a memorable dining experience with the option of early or late seating, complete with gourmet delights and festive cheer.

Private Dining in the Bommie Black Coral Room

For an unparalleled NYE experience, reserve the Black Coral Room for your own exclusive use and enjoy front-row seats to the Marina's midnight fireworks. $8,000 for up to 16 guests.

Casual dining and takeaway options for a relaxed Christmas lunch or Christmas dinner include Marina Tavern, Popeye’s or the Pizzeria & Gelato Bar.

Pool Terrace

New Years Eve opening hours: 5.00pm until late.

Pool Terrace is available for an à la carte dinner. It’s the a perfect place to come with the family, offering a casual and family friendly atmosphere. Bookings essential.

Manta Ray

New Years Eve lunch and dinner opening hours: 12.00pm – 3.00pm and reopening at 5.00pm until late.

Manta Ray serves up a relaxed coastal Mediterranean menu designed for sharing, with a mix of seafood, meat and vegetarian dishes.

coca chu

New Years Eve dinner opening hours: 5.30pm until late.

With a fun, fresh menu inspired by the hawker-style street food of South East Asia, coca chu offers a relaxed vibe and overlooks beautiful Catseye Beach.

Booking Policy

Please note that payment is taken in full at the time of booking. Although we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request, outside seating allocations cannot be confirmed in advance, and will be allocated on the day depending on weather conditions.

Please note a 15% surcharge applies for Christmas dining.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that any cancellations received with less than 7 days notice to the reservation date or fail to show up for the booking, will result in the total booking cost being forfeited and no refund will be issued.
