How can I protect my gift card?
Hamilton Island Gift Cards and qualia Gift Cards (Gift Cards) should not be shared online in any way. We advise that you do not post pictures of your Gift Cards online, even when the pin is not exposed, and remind you that re-selling is not permitted under the Terms and Conditions. We also advise against buying Gift Cards from or on behalf of any unauthorised third parties, or sharing the details or images of Gift Cards over any online messaging services.
What amounts can I purchase on the gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased for any amount between $20 and $4,000.00 per card. Only available for purchase in Australia, in AUD currency.
You can purchase up to $4,000.00 in a single transaction, which means you may purchase multiple cards in one transaction - so long as no individual card exceeds $4,000.00, and the total transaction value does not exceed $4,000.00.
Where can I redeem my gift card?
Hamilton Island Gift Cards can be used in most venues across the island, click here for a full list of participating outlets. You will need to present the physical or digital Gift Card when making a payment. To use Hamilton Island Gift Cards as part payment for accommodation, please call our Reservations team on 1800 669 666. To use Hamilton island Gift Cards to book tours and activities for your stay, please call the tour desk on 1300 659 133.
Who can use a qualia gift card?
When purchasing a qualia gift card, please note that the recipient must be staying at qualia. Non-qualia guests are able to use a Hamilton Island gift card for qualia dining experiences at Long Pavilion & Pebble Beach only. Guests of qualia have the flexibility to use qualia gift cards for spa treatments, dining, activities, and experiences at both qualia and any location on Hamilton Island. qualia branded gift cards are accepted at all participating outlets across Hamilton Island. When will my gift card expire?
Hamilton Island Gift Cards expire 36 months after date of purchase.
How do I know how much is left on the gift card?
Your balance is included in your proof of purchase every time you use your Gift Card. If you are in store, you can check your gift card balance at any venue on the island where you are able to use the card.
Will I be able to view my balance online?

Can I get my gift card replaced if its lost or stolen?

No. Consistent with our commitment to sustainability, we only offer digital gift cards.
