Sandcastle Creation

Let your creativity take shape in the sand. With buckets, moulds and tools ready to go, you can build anything from a tiny turret to a towering sand kingdom. 

Family Games

Settle in for plenty of laughs, light-hearted rivalry and a few family bragging rights. From quick-fire trivia rounds to quirky quizzes, Family Feud-style games and tropical bingo, it’s a great way to bring the whole family together.

Face painting

Step into a world of colour and imagination. Kids can transform into a fairy princess, stealthy ninja, fearsome tiger – or dream up something completely their own. Face painting is a Hamilton Island holiday favourite and always a hit with little guests. 

Cupcake decorating

Get creative and see how colourful you can make your very own cupcake. With different coloured icing, sprinkles and mini M&M’s to choose from, kids can swirl, sprinkle and stack their toppings – and then eat your creation!

Family movie nights

Grab your popcorn and get comfy – it’s time for family movie night! Enjoy a fun-filled evening watching a movie on the big screen that everyone can enjoy. Perfect for kids and big kids at heart.

Table tennis showdown

Pick up a paddle and join in the table tennis fun. Whether you’ve never played before or you’re handy with a spin shot, our relaxed knock-out games are all about fun, and a chance to walk away with a little extra bragging rights – and maybe even a prize.

Kids' Disco

Join the Fun Crew for a night of dancing, games and face painting. With a mix of Just Dance, Musical Dice, Musical Statues, Limbo and more, it’s all about big tunes, big moves and lots of fun. There are lollies and glow sticks for all, and also prizes to be won.

Pool Parties & Mermaid Tails

Join the Fun Crew for poolside fun and in-water games, from water blaster battles to octopus, handstand competitions, whirlpools, relays and more. And little swimmers can take part in our Mermaid Tail experience.

Mario Kart Teen Tournament

Join us in the Reef Lounge for a Mario Kart competition made for teens. It’s a fun way to make new friends on holiday, team up or race solo, and show off your best gaming moves. Prizes up for grabs.

Reef Lounge Trivia

Join the Fun Crew for Trivia Night at Reef Lounge – a great way to test your knowledge in a fun, laidback setting. Expect plenty of laughs and friendly competition.

Hair Braiding & Air Brush Tattoos

Get your holiday look on with Island Styling’s hair braiding and airbrush tattoos. Choose from simple braids to more intricate styles, plus a range of temporary tattoo designs to suit your look. 

Parkrun

Join us for a fun 5km timed run around scenic Hamilton Island. This is a free, organised event open to people of all fitness levels and is a great way to start your Saturday morning.

Night at the Zoo

Head to the Wildlife Park after hours, for an evening full of fun among the animals. Enjoy an evening park tour and animla face painting. Plus, decorate a cupcake whilst watching a family friendly movie.
