Age Restrictions
Gym minimum age restrictions
Access to the gym is restricted to guests 14 years and over.
Guests aged 14 and 15 years of age may use cardio equipment only during staffed hours, excluding spa and sauna.
Guests aged 16 and 17 years of age may use cardio equipment, weights and group fitness classes during staffed hours only, excluding spa and sauna.
Access to HI Fitness Club outside of staffed hours is restricted to eligible guests 18 years and over.
Virtual Reformer Pilates classes are only available for guests aged 18 years and over.
Group Fitness Classes
Group fitness classes are available Monday to Saturday.
